2/3 C sugar
3/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Flour
6 C sliced apples
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 C flour
1/4 C butter
1/4 C sugar
Combine first 3 ingredients, stir into apples. Turn into pastry shell. Combine remaining flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes or until done.
