Favorite Christmas Storybook

Do you have a favorite Christmas Storybook that your family reads each year? If so, then please leave the title of the book in the comments section. The first ten ladies to respond to this will get a special treat on Sunday at church.

Our family loves the story "The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey." If you haven't read it you should pick it up from the bookstore. It is the sweetest story with beautiful illustrations. It is about a grumpy wood carver and a young widow lady and her son. They ask the wood carver to carve a nativity to replace one that they lost. The story shows how much people can bless each other's lives.

Our family's favorite Christmas Storybook is The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. I was in a High School Play based on the book, so I can almost recite it line for line!

The story of "I believe in Santa Claus" is one of my favorites and I try to read it to my family ever Christmas. It is about how Christ and Santa Claus are alike.

One of my favorites is "The Sweet Smell of Christmas." My family had this book when I was really little. It was so fun because it had yummy Christmasy scratch and sniff stickers throughout the book. Last year my husband surprised me with my very own copy of the book, and I can't wait to share it with our children someday.

We love that book too! They have a movie out about the book. We checked it out at the library and watched it Christmad Eve last year. Another good one is The Light of Christmas By Richard Paul Evans.

My kids love the book Santa Claus by Rod Green. It talks about all of the little details that happen at the North Pole.
